BAC athletes win Mid-Beds Schools District titles
Congratulations to three of BAC’s junior members who won gold medals at the Mid-Bedfordshire Schools District Athletics Championships held at the Bedford International Athletic Stadium on Wednesday June 5.
The winning athletes were Sidney Hammond in the junior boys (Year 9) 800m, Henry Knox in the intermediate boys (Year 10) 800m and Koye Sule in the intermediate boys 400m. Koye also came second in that age group’s triple jump competition and was part of a school 4 x 100m relay team which finished second.
