Biggleswade AC is committed to creating and maintaining the safest possible environment for children and young people to practise athletics.
Biggleswade AC does this by:

- Ensuring participation in athletics takes place in an enjoyable and safe environment whatever their age,
- culture, disability, gender, racial origin or religious belief.
- Recognising that adults at Biggleswade AC have a duty of care to young athletes to protect them from bulling
- and the pressure of training and competition.
- Ensuring that our coaches are DBS checked.
- Responding swiftly and appropriately to all suspicions and allegations of abuse, providing a Welfare Manager
- for parents and children to voice any concerns they may have.
- Ensuring that Biggleswade AC follows the Child Protection Policy.
