Biggleswade AC runners at the Hitchin 10K
Congratulations to the five Biggleswade AC runners took part in the Hitchin 10K the previous weekend. On the 5th May Ian Payne, Malcolm Penny, Jennie Day, Nicky Upperton and Ben Smith took to the streets to run the annual 10k course. 6 came in under the hour mark, with Ben Smith getting under 50mins and Ian Payne coming in 18th place overall in under 40mins. Special mention to Nicky Upperton who missed getting under the 50 minute mark by a whisker.
