Henry smashes own club record with 2-min 800m win
BAC junior Henry Knox set a new U-17M 800m club record of 2:00.17 when winning his race at the Watford Harriers Open Graded Meeting on Wednesday evening August 6.
That time slashed nearly 3.5 seconds off his own previous club record set only 10 days earlier at the Eastern Young Athletes League meeting in Luton.
Based on Power of 10 rankings, Henry’s new record should now put him in the top ten fastest U-17M 800m runners in the East region and closing in on the top 100 in the UK.
