Middle-Distance club records broken

Congratulations to Lauren Bone who set a new PB and club record for the U-15 Girls 3,000m when she ran in the SEAA (South of England Athletic Association) annual championship for that event at Eton, Windsor, on Sunday June 9. Lauren's time of 11.41.41 beat the previous club record (11.58.3), which had stood since 2011, by nearly 17 seconds. Congratulations also to Henry Knox and Sidney Hammond who have also recent broke the U-17 and U-15 boys 800m club record respectively. We also cannot forget to congratulate their coaches Sandra and Jon in helping them achieve these records.
