At the weekend Biggleswade AC was represented at the Stevenage 10k with 8 members running the race's re-designed course for 2025. The new route was not only road free, but less undulating and offered great PB potential. One person who did indeed come away with a PB was Bev Strong who had decided to take a non-race approach and just enjoy the run. This tactic certainly worked as Bev ran a time of 1:07:10 and knocked off two and half minutes from her previous PB. Jennie Day also had a great run, only narrowly missing out on PB with her finish time of 54:03 versus 55:26 at last year's Hitchin 10k. Great running all around!
